This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items, requesting refunds, and ensuring fair handling of all product-related issues, including our line of voltage stabilizers, servo stabilizers, solar panels, solar inverters, and complete solar power kits.

🔄 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a valid proof of purchase or receipt

We accept returns on:

  • Central voltage regulators (e.g., 5kVA, 10kVA, 15kVA, and 20kVA models)

  • Relay and servo stabilizers (90V–260V models)

  • Solar energy products, including solar panels, inverters, and installation kits

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been installed or tampered with

  • Items damaged due to electrical surges, poor wiring, or customer mishandling

  • Customized solar solutions or stabilizer systems built on request

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be delayed if the returned item is found to be tampered with or damaged

Refunds apply only after inspection confirms the item is eligible under our warranty and return policy.

🔁 Exchange Policy

In cases where you receive:

  • A faulty stabilizer

  • A solar component that is not working as described

  • An incorrect product (different from what was ordered)

We will offer a free exchange or a replacement if reported within 48 hours of delivery. PowerFlux Mall will also handle the logistics cost if the mistake originated from our team or logistics partner.

📦 How to Return Your Product

To return a product to PowerFlux Mall:

  1. Email us at info@powerfluxmall.com with the following details:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Product name & model

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photo or video (if there is damage or defect)

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

  3. Once approved, package the product securely and ship to:

  4. Ensure the item is traceable using a courier with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

⚙️ Warranty & Product Support

All central voltage regulators and solar energy equipment from PowerFlux Mall come with a minimum warranty of 6 to 12 months, depending on the manufacturer and product category.

Warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal faults not caused by external damage

Warranty does not apply if:

  • The item has been opened or altered by an unauthorized technician

  • The problem was caused by unstable power supply, lightning, or incorrect installation

For warranty claims, please provide:

  • Serial number

  • Purchase receipt

  • Description of the issue

  • For all solar installation services, partial refunds are only possible if installation has not yet commenced

  • For solar system consultations or custom orders, a 10% cancellation fee may apply

  • All returned items must match the product delivered; serial numbers will be verified
